Freedom, family and a future in Christ

For 25 years, the Micah Project has been the hands and feet of Jesus.

Since 2000, we’ve walked alongside boys coming out of life on the streets, offering them a home, a family, and the unshakable truth that they are loved, valued, and made in the image of God.

Through discipleship, education, mentorship, and unconditional care, we’ve seen God transform lives that once seemed lost into stories of redemption, purpose, and hope.

Every boy has a name.

Every story matters.

And every life is worth fighting for.

What if you were 7 years old... and alone on the streets?

No bed.

No guarantee of your next meal.

Unsure if Mom will come back.

Just the cold pavement of Tegucigalpa beneath you, and the constant struggle to survive.

For too many boys in Honduras, this is not a story. It’s reality. Hunger, abuse, addiction, and abandonment are part of daily life. But it doesn't have to stay that way.

The Micah Project exists to step into that story, with love, as the hands and feet of Christ.

Our Guiding Verse - Micah 6:8

He has shown you, O man, what is good.
And what does the Lord require of you?
To act justly and to love mercy
and to walk humbly with your God.
