By God's grace and with the help of generous supporters like you, the Micah Project and Villa Linda Miller community have finished renovation of our local waste water treatment plant! This work will help protect our environment as well as human health throughout our community.
Before this project, the facility had deteriorated to a point where it was no longer providing adequate treatment to our waste water. The poorly-treated sewage was a health hazard and was harming the environment. Although this working-class community did not have the financial resources to rebuild the structures, its members worked hard to ready the site for construction and demolished the tank that had deteriorated beyond repair. After their hard work, a Micah grad who now works as an engineer brought in a team to build a new facility. With generous support from donors, they were able to complete the renovation.
...and the new facility looks so much better!

Members of the community, engineers of the renovation efforts and donors celebrate the new plant's inauguration.
